"I first came back from a deployment in Iraq overweight and unhealthy. I couldn't run good and would get tired very easily. I met Chelsea soon after and she immediately had me drinking Kangen water and eating healthy. Chelsea helped me quit smoking and eating junk food. She made sure on a daily basis, that I was getting my fruits and veggies in my diet. She got me hooked on doing yoga too which made me become very flexible and grow almost an inch in one year!
